Sleaford - 9th -12th May, Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf -25th -28th July, Marquette-Lez-Lille 24th -27th Oct. If you would like to attend any of our twinning visits, please contact us. Further details, including travel costs to follow. We still actively seek hosts for our guests from our twin towns, so if you can assist with accommodation, we would be grateful. The association facilitated a visit by children from the school in Marquette to the William Alvey School, which was a great success. In May, pupils from the William Alvey will travel to Marquette to experience French hospitality and culture, something we hope will continue for the future.
We also raise money at various social events and coffee mornings to sponsor a deserving student to partake in these twinning trips, one student to France, one to Germany. Of course all students are welcome on our trips in 2024.
There will be a Twinning lunch in February 24 for everyone to catch up after the festive period. More details to follow.
